FAQ

Why must you have Cookies enabled in your browser?
  • Cookies are used to store coded pieces of information that are then used to track what you have purchased. No personal information is contained within them.
  • Under IE 5.5 for instance the settings are found within tools then internet options then security and specify a custom level and you will see the cookies setting.

Why does it slow down after I log in?
  • For security purposes, all transactions change to 'secure mode' as you log in. You can identify this by the padlock appearing in the lower edge of the browser. This is your assurance that no one can intercept your details, and that you can change your club information, and shop via Web Sales with confidence. However, this is slower to use.
  • If you wish to run faster, then consider not logging in until you need to make changes to your details or until you need to make a purchase.
  • You can 'browse' and select purchases without logging in. This is faster, and allows you to select seats or tickets, making amendments until you know what you wish to purchase. The screen will ask you to log-in in order to progress. You can log in at this point, and then take the checkout option to show you the current summary of purchases. You can add or change the purchases, although you cannot mix products (e.g. Memberships and Match Tickets cannot be mixed, but tickets for different matches may be purchased). Once logged in, you are in secure mode again.
